Qualification:
- Placement In Batam
- Minimum 28 years old.
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience in F&B as Outlet Manager
- Strong leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate a team.
- Ability to manage the outlet efficiently, minimizing waste and pilferage.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in bistro and lounge settings.
- Proficient in computer use, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of standard bistro and lounge operation systems and hospitality best practices.
