Qualification:
- Placement In Batam
- Minimum 30 years old.
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience in F&B as General Manager
- Demonstrated track record of developing high-performance teams.
- Ability to manage the outlet efficiently, minimizing waste and pilferage.
- Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver corporate goals and execute company objectives with stakeholders (management, teams, employees, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and execution skills.
- Strong ability in delegating responsibilities and maximizing resources.
- Deep knowledge of standard F&B (Restaurant) operation systems and hospitality best practices.
