Requirements:
• Male/Female, (Max, usia 25-30 tahun)
• University collage degree in Culinary arts
• Min 2 years experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
• Good communication, flexible , multitasking and having time management skill
Job Desk:
• Work according to the menu specifications
• Assist in preparing and assembling cold dishes, including salads, appetizer, and desserts, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard
• Keep work area at all time in hygienic conditions according to the rule
• Prepare and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
