Job Requirements :
* Maximum 43 years old
* Ideally with University degree or Diploma 3 for education
* At least 3/2 Years experiences in the same position at 4/5 stars Hotel
* Hotel's Pre-opening experiences highly desirable
* Good Communication & presentation skill, administrative and interpersonal skill
* Having Good knowledge for MEP, PABX, HVAC maintenance, Genset, Building Safety Standard and others electrical equipment
* Having General K3 Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Umum) will be added value
