Lembongan Beach Club & Resort is looking for outstanding candidate to join and grow with us on the following position :
- Resort Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations and profitability of a holiday resort complex
2. Ensure the resort operates efficiently and effectively and maintain the highest standards of quality and service
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guests’ experiences and employees’ performance
4. Recruit, train and supervise a diverse team of resort staff including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant
5. Handle guests’ inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
6. Develop and manage the resort's budget including revenue and expense forecasting
7. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly those related to diving activities
8. Oversee regular maintenance of the resort's facilities including rooms, equipment and recreational areas
Requirements:
1. Fluent in written and verbal English communication
2. Proven working experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role in the 3. Hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
6. Financial acumen and budget management experience
7. Great personality, spirit and attitude
8. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
9. Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software
10. Willing to be placed in Lembongan
