• Senior Front Desk
The ideal candidate will have:
• Min. 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably experience as shift leader
• Very good English skills, written and spoken, other languages an advantage
• Friendly, outgoing personality, high level of guest service
• Excellent communication skills, great at motivating others
• Professional, positive, can-do attitude, pro-active, attention to detail
• Competency in Microsoft Office/ GDrive, experience with VHP an advantage
• Problem solver, able to multitask, smart handling of logistics, stress-resistant
• Willingness to learn, ability to share knowledge/train
• Experience working with international guests (USA/ Europe)
• Experience guiding land tours an advantage
