• Chief Steward
Qualification:
• 2 years same position or 2 years have been on assistant chief steward
• HACCP certification
• Understand cleaning kitchen equipment
• Able lead and manage stewarding team with SOP compliance
• Maintain and set back the house health and safety requirement
• Computer skills advance knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, priorities, problem solving, organisation and multi tasking skills.
