Qualifications:
1. Strong in western cuisine, especially French
2. Had experience as Head Chef for min. 1 year or Sous Chef for 2 years
3. Experienced in fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality
4. Creative & Innovative
5. Able to manage the team
6. Strong in leadership & communication
7. Understand Inventory and COGS
