• Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)
General Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or hotel management.
2. A minimum 2-5 years with basic F&B Service experience.
3. Ability to speak, read, and write the language used in the workplace.
4. Proficiency in Ms. Office and Hospitality software.
5. A proven track record of being able to lead a team and to multitask.
6. Understanding of and compliance with hotel policies regulations and communicating these clearly to staff.
7. Reporting on daily operations in timely manner.
Specific Requirements :
1. Able to set strategic plan goal for the company
2. Able to set policy and procedure for F&B division
3. Has good understanding about F&B and revenue management
4. Able to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate
5. Analytical and problem solving
