Requirements :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in 4 stars/chain hotels
2. Hold Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields with HR certification would be an added point
3. Posses strong background in Recruitment & Selection, Training & People Development and HR Operations
4. Good English both verbal and written
5. Computer literate and familiar with HR Information System including Payroll
6. Familiar with Labour Law and permit requirements
