Your aim as the Specialty Restaurant Manager is to oversee the creation of a new Pantry / Café concept.
A passion for sustainability, plant- based experiences & organic produce. A love affair towards healthy cuisines, keen interest in therapeutic food principals, balanced by an underlying romance with comfort foods & beverage.
Yoga would be part of your day, but balanced by enjoying a great wine by night. You’ll love the outdoors, have tremendous passion for health and well being, mind, body and soul.
You will have a tenacious passion to seek out enriching “new” holistic experiences, combined with a natural entrepreneurial ability to create & stand out from the crowd.
You will be challenged to seek out like-minded colleagues and build a new style of team, challenge the status quo and become a preferred destination for talent that are looking to make it count.
As a story-teller and educator of this unique concept you need to be a natural front of house orchestrator. Guest eccentric, big bubbly nature combined with a strong sense of business.
