Duties :
1. Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
2. Responds to special requests from guests with unique needs and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
3. Be aware of all events at the hotel to promote to guests
Requirements :
1. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
2. Able to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast paced, ever changing environment
3. Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
