Kikkaya Wagashi is a premium Japanese confectionery dedicated to preserving and creating authentic wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) in Indonesia using time-honored methods and premium ingredients.
We’re seeking creative, passionate, and driven individuals to join our team and grow with us. With prior knowledge of wagashi is not required, a strong interest and a willingness to learn are essential.
1. Lead Artisan Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry or confectionery
2. Confectioner Apprentice
- Fresh graduate in Culinary (Pastry) or up to 2 years of experience in pastry or confectionery
