Jowa Restaurant is a fast casual dining theme with Korean-American style. We were established in 2021 located at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Our CEO is one of the founder of Si Jin Steakhouse Bali. We're hiring!
1. HR Generalist Officer
Manage and directs all HR area such as Restaurant, compensation, and benefit, payroll for the company. Work with the HR Director/CEO to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree with background in Psychology, Management, or related course
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resources or HR Generalist
- Excellent oral & written communication skill, both English and Bahasa
- Can work under pressure as a team or individual
- Highly responsible and detail oriented person
2. The Pastry Line Cook
Prepare dessert's components, fillings, sauces, bake and make dessert according to the recipe or chef's instructions, measuring and mixing ingredients, plating and decorating, also assisting chef with recipe creations.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, measurements and recipes required
- Min. 1 year operational pastry kitchen experience
- Self starter, take initiative, able to work under direct and indirect supervision
- Creative, eye for detail
- Efficient multitasking and well organized
- Passionate in pastry / culinary, up to date with the trend
