General requirements:
• Minimum requirement Diploma 3 in hospitality or in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experiences (Resort Hotel & Convention/hospitality)
• Excellent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record, handling government and MICE accounts are preferred
• Excellent personality and attitude
• Discipline and team oriented
2. Head Chef (HC)
General Requirements:
- 2+ years culinary education
- 5+ years experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of western, asian and Japanese food
- Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of systems, ordering and inventory
- Excellent communication skills
- Implementing hygiene policies & examining equipment for cleanliness
- Good vibes in leadership & innovation
3. Asst. Chief Engineer (ACE/CE)
General requirements:
- Experience in the same position minimum 2 years at 3/4 stars hotel
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Love to work in a team with target oriented
- Self driven and high motivated
- Able to join immediately
- Strong leadership
