This hotel consists of 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, as well as a restaurant and smoking lounge; all facing the splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently looking for candidates to fill up this position:
1. Bartender
Qualifications:
• Min. of 2 years of experience in the same position
• Wide range of knowledge about alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Customer service, service excellence, upselling skills
• Able to join in August 2024
• Willing to be relocated to Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
Job description:
• Receive orders from patrons and waitstaff
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered
• Ensure that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar
• Maintain the bar and keeps it clean and organized
• Maintain inventory lists for all ingredients, and make a list of order according to par stock
• Other related responsibilities that may be delegated according to daily needs
