Jakarta Airport Hotel is located in the departure Terminal 2E of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta Airport Hotel is a strategic resting place for travelers waiting for their next flight or just for those who need a well-deserved rest after a long flight. This hotel consists of 82 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, as well as a restaurant and smoking lounge; all facing the splendid view of the airport runway.
We are currently looking for candidates to fill up these positions:
1. Asst. FOM (Contract)
2. FB Service / Greeter (DW)
3. Front Desk Agent (DW)
4. Housekeeping Room Attendant (DW)
5. Concierge (DW)
6. Security (DW)
Qualifications:
• Educational background in hotel management is preferred (All)
• Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as the leader in Front Office department (1)
• Previous experience in using Rhapsody Realta is a plus (1, 3)
• Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented, excellent customer service skills, honest and disciplined (All)
• Fluent in English at least on conversational level (All)
• Willing to be relocated at Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (All)
