• Chef of Cuisine (Indonesian Specialty Restaurant)
General Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 (Two) years experience at 5 Star luxury hotel and familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
2. A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
3. Have a strong background in Indonesian cuisine.
4. Well experience with A La Carte restaurant service.
5. Keen to explore more Indonesian cuisine.
6. Up-to-date business point of view.
