1. Cook (COO)
The General Qualifications :
• Male, Max 30 years old
• Minimal 1 years' experience as cook in a hotel / restaurant / catering
• Culinary school diploma or relevant education background
• Have a good understanding of matters related to food safety & hygiene / hygiene sanitation
• Understanding and work according to SOP & Guidelines in the menu book
• Creative team player, with a sense of initiative and dedication to deliver a high level of guest services activities
