1. Guest Service Agent
You experience and skills include :
• Hotel & Tourism education background
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• High motivation & being guest-service oriented with an eye for details
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Familiar with OPERA system
What you will be doing :
• Provide quality service to the guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
• Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in written as required.
