Through the Bussiness Commercial Division, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk operates as a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. has succeeded in building and managing a hotel chain with the Hotel GranDhika brand in several major cities in Indonesia namely Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah Jakarta, Hotel GranDhika Setiabudi Medan, Hotel GranDhika Pemuda Semarang, StayG and GranDhika Property Services. The Hotel GranDhika Network as a 4-star hotel will target business travelers, leisure, and family orientation as its target market.

Job Summary :
Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing for executing the Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital and Marketing for all departments within the hotel and ensuring compliance with the brand standard.
Job Description :
- Responsible for ensuring that all collateral and communication complies with the GranDhika brand guidelines.
- Plan and create promotions and packages together with the relevant departments, i.e. F&B, Revenue, Spa and incorporate a multi-channel approach to all activities
- Pro-actively promote rooms, food and beverage outlets, conference and events, or any other activity with potential to drive revenue
- Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people (Marketing, PR, Creative, Brand) and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures.
- Ensure consistency in individual property’s voice on all guest touch points following brand guidelines as well as outlet identities where relevant.
- Closely works with e-Commerce/Revenue Manager to maximize use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behavior, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.
- In-coordination with e-Commerce who serves as the Webmaster for hotel's Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising
- Forecast ROI for each activity, tracks results (ROI) of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising and review spend where relevant.
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
