1. HRD Officer
- University graduate (S1), preferably majoring in psychology
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Staff Generalist
2. HRD Manager
- University graduate (S1), preferably majoring in psychology
- Minimum 8 years HR solid working experience, 3 years of it in managerial position in hotel industry
- Excellent in HR knowledge and practices, such as hiring, training & development, employee relation program development, industrial relations practices and regulations
