1. General Manager [GM]
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience as General Manager
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptive, and innovative approach to operational management
• Strong in financial management and business development perspective
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Passionate in people development, and ability to lead the team in delivering excellent service
• Fluent in English communication both spoken & written
• Having experiences in pre-opening hotel team would be an advantage
