we are seeking highly potential and experienced individuals to fulfill the following positions below:
1. Pool Attendant
2. Room Attendant (RA)
Requirements:
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in same field
- Has a basic hospitality education and good communication skills
- A good team player, good attitude, and personal behavior
3. Human Resources Manager (HRM)
- Able to maximize HR under the HR Department
- HR recruitment planning
- All HR maintenance activities
- Guiding employees to be able to plan
- Implement and assess independent work
- Employee evaluation
- Improving the quality of human resources with various appropriate training
- Maintain and improve HR performance
4. Sales Marketing Manager (SMM)
Design and implementing the hotel's overall sales and marketing plan actively monitor it progress in term of achieving KPI's, budget and revenue
- Liaise with General Manager and Corporate in adopting overall pricing strategy hotel
- Analyze current markets, and identify new markets and potential clients
- Proactively monitor hotel profiles on various social media platforms and ensure compliance the right response posted at the right time
- Manage all promotional collateral from copyright to design and printing and ensure that it is correct in line with great national branding
- Ensure in-house promotional materials are current, effective, and support each new sales and marketing promotion
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years plus experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Commercially focused, has the ability analyze market data and is results oriented
- An articulate and confident communicator at all levels with both colleagues and clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including metrics and web analytics tools
- Ambitious, creative, and ability to influence decisions
- High level of customer focus and understanding
