1. Duty Manager
2. Head Butler
3. Front Office Supervisor
4. Guest Relation Officer
5. Front Desk Agent
General qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotels (1,2)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotels (3,4,5)
- Experience with Opera (POS system) is advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
- Passionate, detailed, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
