Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Familiar With VHP system
• Able to manage food costing, consistently create delicious dishes and effectively lead the kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service (1)
• Excellent maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, and supporting the team in cooking and plating dishes efficiently (2)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding guest service (3)
