• Human Resource Manager
Qualifications :
• Female max 38 years old
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related field
• Preferably have 2 - 3 years experience in the same position
• Have a good leadership and communication skill
• Good knowledge in Labor Law and Employment equity regulations human development and capitality
• Knowledge of a board range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation and benefit, performance management, safety, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.
• Experience with the human resource information system
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant personality, hospitality oriented and good integrity
• Works well under pressure and meets tights deadlines
• Willing to be placed at Pangandaran, West Java
