Personal Skills:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
- Pro-active whilst able to work independently
- Team player and hands-on
- Attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making skills and capability of motivating subordinates or excellent performance
Education:
- Min D3/S1 education
Work Experience:
- At least 2 (two) years of experience in the same position
- Previous employment in 3/4 stars hotel and experience in a chain hotel is an advantage
