General Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems
- Maximum age 35 (thirty five) years old
Personal Skills:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- High managerial capabilities
- Organized and efficient individual
- Pro-active whilst able to work independently
- Team player and hands-on
- Excellent decision-making skills and capability of motivating subordinates or excellent performance
Education:
- Min D3/S1 Accounting education (3)
Work Experience:
- At least 3 (three) years of experience in the same position
- Previous employment in 4 stars hotel and experience in a chain hotel is an advantage
- Network in East Java and Bali is an advantage
