1. Restaurant Manager
The position is responsible for managing and achieving profit for all restaurant operation in hotel hotel including kitchen operation, catering and banquet operation.
Position Requirements:
- Male
- Bachelor degree from reputable university or hotel academy
- 2 years experience in the same position at 3 or 4 star hotel
- Executive Chef background
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, work well with pressure
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team
- Can join as soon as possible
The Daily Worker (DW) candidates for position:
1. Cook
2. Waiter
Requirements:
- Male
- Experience min 1 year in similar position at 3 or 4 star hotel
- Passionate, enthusiastic, creative, responsible and energetic personality work as a team / individual with positive attitude
- Good attitude and discipline
- Proficient in VHP (1)
- Able to work under pressure
- Can join as soon as possible
