1. Hotel Manager
Requirements:
- Male, max 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in food & beverages as well as experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating overall hotel operations
- Entrepreneur spirit with high business sense, and ability to manage people, day to day operation, administration, as well as marketing activities
- Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures
- Good knowledge about hygiene and sanitation
- Excellent time management skills and execution to meet established deadlines
- Mastering hotel administration and marketing strategy
- Capable to make planning, forecasting & reporting
- Flexible, self motivated, and able to work underpressure
2. Food & Beverage Manager
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university or hotel academy
- 2 years experience in the same position at 3 or 4 star hotel
- Executive background
- Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, work well with pressure
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team
