1. Hotel Manager
Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in food & beverages as well as experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating overall hotel operations
• Entrepreneur spirit with high business sense, and ability to manage people, day to day operation, administration, as well as marketing activities
• Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures
• Good knowledge about hygiene and sanitation
• Excellent time management skills and execution to meet established deadlines
• Mastering hotel administration and marketing strategy
• Capable to make planning, forecasting & reporting
• Flexible, self motivated, and able to work underpressure
2. Banquet Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Male, max 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Banquet Sales Manager, preferable in hotel group
• Coordination and handling banquet especially Meeting, Corporate & Social event
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in highly pressurized environment
• Passion to lead and a desire succeed
• Communicative, responsible, discipline, neat
• Familiar with Ms. Office
• Develop banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets
• Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly
• Monitoring and regulate all banquet activities
