1. Operation Manager
2. Sales Manager
3. Food & Beverage Manager
4. Executive Housekeeper
5. Restaurant Supervisor
6. Housekeeping Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in hotel management, business management
- Experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Familiar with budget, sales report, target and market segments (1,2,3,4)
- Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
- Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs (1,2)
- Excellent communication and tactical skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques (1,2)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills (1,2,3)
- Active person with an outgoing personality
- A wide network of contacts
- Computer literate
- Result oriented, energetic and self-driven
- Strong leadership and a team player at the same time
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Good financial and administration skills
- Strong command of English language - both written and spoken
- Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
- Pro-active and very creative; create ideas to stimulate the business
- Flexible working hours
