1. Front Office Manager
Job description:
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly management reports are up to date and are completed in accordance with the corporate and brand requirements and procedures.
- Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for Front Office department and take appropriate actions and decisions.
- Regularly check customer comments, handling guest complaints /requests concerning services from all areas of operation and any final decision should be referred and confirmed by the respective Department Heads of the department concern
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a FOM in a 4 star hotel
- Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong Leadership, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities
- Passionate about delivering great quality of customer service
