1. Public Relations
General Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising Media, Mass Communications, Brand Communications or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of working experience in related position
- Target oriented, having creative strategy and good communications skills
- Able to work well with a team
- Bold in innovation and highly creative.
Responsibilities:
- To build and manage an extensive network of relations with customers
- Express perfect knowledge and understanding of our programs & events
- Develop new customer relationships adhering to a set guideline from the Relationship Manager
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
