1. Accounting Staff (Female)
Requirement:
- 1-2 years work experience with previous accounting office experience or experience in hotel or hospitality related finance and accounting
- Know managing revenues received and dispersed including account receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting
- Can handling cash functions for the hotel and reconcile all dropped at the front desk
- Able to analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads
- Able to assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
- Able to assist the financial controller with system administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P&L responsibility
- Amazing interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to compile facts and figures
- Proficiency with Ms office (Excel/word) and experience with PMS like opera
2. Art Design & Marketing Communication (URGENT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Fresh graduate or experience as a graphic designer or in related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identify, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with computer-aided design with adobe family or etc
- Promote our products and services during events
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Social media expert
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Can take photos and videos for promotional needs properly and correctly
