2. Max 40 year old
3. Minimum 2 years in similiar role in 4 stars Hotel
4. Execellent verbal and written communication both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
5. Strong Leadership abilities and organizatiol skills with the ability to mentor, coach, train and motivate team members.
6. Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills with good personal and behavior
7. Ability to lead by example, believe in strong team culture and set the standard for high performance
