Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English literate or hospitality industry or according to the job position applied
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality industry - Learning and Development
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must, other language skills could be more advantage
- Possess outgoing personality and Well appropriate appearance is a must
- Positive attitude, discipline and good personal hygiene
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to analyze employee performance and carry out development
