Requirements:
- Action oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
- Strong leadership within the internal and external team
- Open to new perspectives and better ways to do manage
- Have a good tract record of successful financial management
- Superior in decision-making skills and the ability to delegate
- Below 45 years old at two years minimum experience as GM
- Willing to be assigned in any available posts
