1. Junior Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
- Have experience in relevant position at least 2 years, preferably in Hotel Industry
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of dishes
- Expert with regulation in the kitchen
- Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Familiar with planning Daily Market List
- Computer literate in the Windows environment
