• Sous Chef
Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in 4 stars/chain hotel is preferred
• Computer literate and familiar with VHP Hotel System
• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus
• Interact with guests to ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations
