Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting. principles and financial regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in the property management industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (XERO) and Excel
