General Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years experience in Japanese luxury restaurant service as a Head Chef or Sous Chef level
• Minimum 2 years experience in Pastry for upscale hotel
• Able to maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends
