1. Sous Chef (to join immediately)
Supervising and coordinating activities of commises and workers. Ensuring high food-quality, food-presentation and portion, food- arrangement, and food-garnish to be served. Monitoring stock of kitchen supplies and food as well as, maintaining kitchen for food safety program and food products. A minimum of 5-years experience in a fine dining western restaurant and a relevant education are preferred. English skill is a must
