1. Resort Assistant Manager
(Bali & Nusa Tenggara coverage area)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality or related field from reputable university
- Min 2 years experience in resort hotels at Middle-Upper Managerial level, fluent in English verbally & written
- Familiar with PMS (Property Management System), POS systems, Google suites, and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with setting up & monitoring KPI, SOP & policies development
- Familiar with product & service quality improvements, focus on Operational excellence & quality assurance
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, target oriented
- Bali based with frequent travel to Bobocabin branches at Bali, Nusa Tenggara, & Eastern Indonesia
