Requirements:
1. At least 2 (two) years experience at the same field in the 3/4 stars hotel
2. Hospitality attitude, great in leadership, excellent communication skills proficient in English both spoken & written
3. Able to manage employee compensation, benefits and others HR functional
4. Strong in supervising days to days Hotel and Human Resources operations comprehensively
5. Possess a clean track record with references & able to join immediately
