Requirements :
1. At least 2 (two) years experience in the same position at the 3/4 stars hotel
2. Great in leadership & communication, excellent command in English both spoken and written
3. Hospitality attitude, multiple tasks in one time, able to work individually & team
4. Proficient knowledge of labor law, excellent in managing employee compensate & benefits
5. Customer & employee oriented, HR best practices, and able to control days to days HR operations comprehensively
6. Possess a clean track record with references & able to join immediately
