Requirements :
1. At least 2 (two) years experience at the same field in the 4/5 stars hotel
2. Great in leadership and communication, proficient in English both spoken & written
3. Hospitality attitude, enthusiastic team player, multiple tasks in one time
4. Proven knowledge and ability to manage days to days Front Office operations comprehensively
5. Familiar with VHP system & GSS Medallia is prioritized
6. Possess clean track record with references
