1. At least 2 (two) years experience in the same field in 3/4 stars hotel
2. Hospitality attitude, great in communication, excellent command in English both spoken & written
3. Solid in leadership, target oriented, able to work individually & team. multiple tasks in one time
4. Strong customer base in all Hotel Market Segmentations : Corporate, Government, Social Event & MICE
5. Possess a clean track records with references
