General Requirements :
• 5 Years' experience in same positions
• Hotel experience is required
• Good interpersonal & Communication skill as a team
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Proven knowledge of Western, Asian and Indonesian food
• Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
• Manage inventory, costs, and budgets
• Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays
• Able to work with hotel operational system (VHP)
• Willing to be placement at Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya
