• 10 Years' experience in same positions
• Hotel experience is required
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service and handle guest interactions

• Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
• Proficiency in hotel management systems, administration and financial reporting
• Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
• Responsible for annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget
• Good attitude & bright personality
